Organization of second working meeting for revision of court monitoring questionnaires

Association ESE is implementing the project “Paths to justice for women who suffered domestic violence” with financial support from the USAID’s Civic Engagement Project. The main goal of the project is to enhance the access to justice for women victims of domestic violence.

On January 18th in Skopje, Association ESE has organized the second working meeting for revision of methodological forms (questionnaires) for monitoring of court cases related to domestic violence. The working meeting was attended by civil and criminal court judges, Appeal Court judge, lawyer, representatives of Association ESE and Coalition All for Fair Trials. The subject of revision was the questionnaire for monitoring civil court procedures for issuing temporary measures of protection against domestic violence, which was previously applied for these purposes within the USAID’s Women’s Legal Protection Project. Previously, in December 2017 the first working meeting was held and the court monitoring form for criminal court procedure was revised.

The third working meeting for finalization of the civil and criminal court monitoring forms will be held on January 25th 2018.
